Houston Texans safety Justin Reid picked off Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield Sunday afternoon in the second quarter at FirstEnergy Stadium.
The interception was Reid’s second in as many games, and the same for Mayfield.
Reid told reporters on Sept. 16 that what is helping the Texans play at a high level through the first two weeks is their commitment to the team.
“I mean we have it written on the walls,” Reid said. “But it’s also on t-shirts. It’s also in messages that he delivers with guys being accountable to each other, with being on time and if you’re not able to make something, making sure you tell the people you need to tell so that way everyone can be prepared for it. Just being team oriented as far as showing up to treatment on time. That type of stuff.”
