In order for the Houston Texans to complete the rebuild, it will have to be a youth movement.
Clutch City sports fans saw more of the young leading the way as rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud connected with third-year tight end Brevin Jordan — still on his rookie contract — for a 4-yard touchdown Sunday afternoon at TIAA Bank Field.
The Texans struck first in Week 3 as Dameon Pierce scored a 1-yard rushing touchdown. Houston added to their lead as Stroud executed a perfect scoring throw.
Jordan adds to his touchdown total, as it was his fourth of his career. The former 2021 fifth-round pick had scored a touchdown since his rookie season.
