Watch: Tennessee Titans congratulate high school class of 2020

The Titans shared some advice for those graduating high school in 2020.

The coronavirus pandemic has had a negative effect on sports and social gatherings as a whole in the nation for months now, and will continue to until the virus is finally contained.

But, people all over the world are finding ways to get creative with communication and making events that should be in-person equally as special in a virtual format.

That includes members of the Tennessee Titans, who recently congratulated the graduating Class of 2020 in a video posted to the team Twitter account.

Quarterback Ryan Tannehill, general manager Jon Robinson, Titans Radio’s Mike Keith, head coach Mike Vrabel, controlling owner Amy Adams Strunk, team writer Jim Wyatt, team reporter Amie Wells and a host of others joined in on the effort.

Things may look different right now as we adjust to a “new normal” that won’t be permanent, but teams are doing all they can to prepare for the season while following physical distancing guidelines until it’s safe to return to football.

It’s a rapidly changing situation, but things are beginning to look up for the return of sports, with governors from states like New York, California and Texas citing their willingness to return athletic events in the near future.
