Watch: TE Darren Waller sets new Raiders record, Josh Jacobs finishes drive with 28-yard TD run

It was a rough second half for the Raiders. Their first four possessions all ended poorly. Their first four drives went like this: three-and-out for a punt, interception, fumble lost, and an interception.

This allowed the Broncos to catch up and then take a 24-17 lead. Then the Raiders finally got something going. Darren Waller needed one catch to tie Tim Brown for the franchise record for catches in a season and two catches to set a new record. He got both catches on consecutive plays.

Here’s the one that broke the record.

This play also put Derek Carr over 4,000 yards on the season.

That 15-yard catch put the Raiders in scoring range at the 28. And on the very next play, this happened.

Jacobs found a seam and raced 28 yards for the touchdown to tie it up at 24-24 midway through the fourth quarter.

Jacobs had surpassed 1,000 yards on the season on the previous drive. He needed just 24 yards to do it. This run put him at 82 yards for the game with the touchdown. Waller has 7 catches for 86 yards and a touchdown in the game.
