The rise of Jordan Poole has been the story of the Golden State Warriors preseason. After a trio of impressive performances, the third-year guard is gaining the confidence of his two-time Most Valuable Player teammate.
During Friday night’s preseason contest against the Los Angeles Lakers, Poole had a fan on Golden State’s bench. While Poole launched a 3-pointer from the corner, Steph Curry was caught dancing and celebrating before his teammate’s jumper swished through the net.
Curry’s dance moves paid off as Poole’s wide-open corner triple dropped through the bucket.

On the way to scoring a game-high 30 points in Golden State’s 121-114 win over Los Angeles, Curry knocked down a trio of 3-pointers of his own. The seven-time All-Star finished the contest shooting 12-of-24 from the field with five steals, three rebounds and two assists in 26 minutes.
