The last time Kevin Durant suited up for an NBA game, Steph Curry was his teammate. Fast forward 18 months, the pair of former Most Valuable Players are suiting up against each other to open the 2020-21 NBA season.
Before the Golden State Warriors tipped off against the Brooklyn Nets in the NBA regular-season opener, the former Golden State All-Star duo reunited on the court during pregame shootaround.
Durant and Curry greeted each other midcourt with a quick handshake and a hug. Following the hug, Durant and Curry spent a second chatting before returning to pregame warmups.
