WATCH: Should the Boston Celtics even entertain trading Jaylen Brown?

Or should Boston be looking to get him and Jayson Tatum more help?

Before Boston Celtics star forward Jaylen Brown dropped a 50-point game on the Orlando Magic, his team had been struggling to win consecutive games, had been hovering around .500 for yet another disappointing season and had been prompting well-known analysts to consider whether it might make sense to split up Brown and fellow All-Star forward Jayson Tatum in search of a better fit.

But Brown put the world on notice that he is not just any scorer putting up empty points on a bad team. With a little bit of help from teammates Marcus Smart and Dennis Schroder, the Georgia native demonstrated he can put a ball club on his back and grind out an improbable win when he puts his mind to it.

Does this change the calculus regarding listening to trade offers for Brown ahead of the 2022 NBA trade deadline? Or perhaps in the following offseason?
