Dylan Harper continues to make the case to be the nation’s top player, putting in a strong performance for Rod Wave Elite.
At times, it looked like an ‘And 1’ mixed tape performance, given just how strong the RWE team was in the tournament. RWE is an AAU program that plays in weekend tournaments and is more about entertainment than anything else. The mastermind behind RWE is social media influencer Cam Weaver.
Harper is publicly uncommitted. He currently has Rutgers in his top five.
A five-star combo guard from Don Bosco Prep (Ramsey, N.J.), Harper was the consensus top player in the nation until Cooper Flagg reclassified. He is the top-ranked player in New Jersey and the second-best recruit in the 2024 recruiting class according to 247Sports.
This was a complete and impressive performance from Harper, who showed flashes of explosiveness while also exhibiting his range. He looked very strong on the dribble.

On Saturday, Harper played at the famous Rucker Parker, teaming up with Airious ‘Ace’ Bailey to put on a show. Bailey is the No. 3 recruit in the nation and a five-star forward.
He committed to Rutgers in January.
Harper and Bailey are currently the top two players in the nation according to ESPN.com.
