With the Golden State Warriors getting two days off after a five-game road trip, rookies Brandin Podziemski and Trayce Jackson-Davis are headed for Santa Cruz.
The 2023 rookie duo joined the Warriors G League affiliate in Santa Cruz for their contest on Friday against the Stockton Kings.
While with the Santa Cruz Warriors, the pair of rookies impressed. Along with filling the box score, Jackson-Davis added a poster-worthy dunk to his rookie highlight reel.
After cutting through the lane, Jackson-Davis soared to the bucked for an emphatic one-handed jam over Stockton center Chance Comanche to set the tone early in the game.

Jackson-Davis’ big dunk was only the start of an impressive performance for the former Indiana Hoosier. Jackson-Davis recorded a double-double with 28 poinhts on 11-of-13 shooting from the field to go along with 12 rebounds and an assist 31 minutes.
