While it might have taken him a little while to get there, it looks like Boston Celtics 2020 No. 14 draft pick Aaron Nesmith is finally getting comfortable playing at the NBA level.
And we got to see the fruits of that comfort in the Celtics’ 120 – 99 win over the Denver Nuggets Tuesday night when the Vanderbilt product had the best game yet of his still-young pro career, turning in well-balanced performance off the bench. Nesmith scored 9 points, 4 rebounds and a block in 24 minutes of playing time, earning a team high +20 plus/minus and shooting 2-of-4 from the field (both 3-pointers) while going 3-of-4 from the line.
