Watch: Puka Nacua made a ridiculous one-handed catch in practice

Puka Nacua made this backhanded, one-handed catch look so easy

Puka Nacua is coming off the best season ever by a rookie receiver and all indications are he could have an even better year in 2024. He worked hard this offseason to get his body right, working out at 6 a.m. every day with Cooper Kupp and eating a much healthier diet.

It seems to be showing already because Nacua has been outstanding in training camp. Sean McVay sees an improved player, as do Kupp, Mike LaFleur and just about anyone else who has watched No. 17 work this summer.

This week in practice, Nacua made a spectacular one-handed catch, reaching up with his right hand to snatch the ball out of the air before getting dragged to the ground.

Nacua said he wanted to improve his hand-eye coordination this offseason after leading the NFL in drops as a rookie, and whatever he did to get better in that area appears to be working.
