As the New England Patriots are in a tight battle with the Baltimore Ravens, a New England rookie reached a milestone towards the end of the second quarter. Linebacker Josh Uche recorded the first sack of his career as he was able to take Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson to the turf.
Prior to this game, we had not seen a ton of the rookie linebacking group. However, that is changing very quickly, as the rookies are making a noticeable impact in this game. Uche figures to be big part of the linebacking group not only this season but for years to come.

It will be interesting to see if he can build off of this play in the future. In recording this sack, he showed exactly what made him so special at Michigan, and why Bill Belichick drafted him.
