How close it was to being “how sweep it is” for the Las Vegas Raiders against the Kansas City Chiefs in 2020.
Not when you give the ball back to Patrick Mahomes with too much time on the clock. The Super Bowl MVP added another impressive page to his book by directing a 75-yard TD drive in 1:15 as the Chiefs outlasted the Raiders, 35-31, on Sunday Night Football.
Mahomes found tight end Travis Kelce wide-open in the end zone with 34 second left to complete the march that saw him go 6-for-7 for 75 yards.
Check out how open Kelce was. Hard to believe.
The Chiefs had lost their first meeting to Las Vegas, 40-32, and gained revenge with Mahomes magic.
