NFL players have been denied a traditional offseason due to the pandemic. So, they’ve had to come up with creative ways to stay in shape and get ready for the 2020 season.

Lots of linemen take up boxing and MMA-style training, which must translate well to the hand-fighting they do at the line of scrimmage.
Obada should be moving up the depth chart with Mario Addison and Bruce Irvin gone. He won’t start, but if either Brian Burns or Yetur Gross-Matos get injured, he might see some real playing time.
