Allow him to reintroduce himself.
Oklahoma basketball has officially reintroduced former mascot Top Daug ahead of its big, nationally televised Big 12 game against No. 7 Kansas.

The dog mascot rose to its prominence during the Billy Tubbs’ Era in the 1980s and 1990s. Top Daug was a fan favorite of many prior to the mascot’s retirement after the 2004-05 season. He was fun, crazy and reckless that got the crowds attending Oklahoma games going.
Oklahoma’s pony mascots ‘Boomer’ and ‘Sooner’ will still be used, as will Top Daug.
The Sooners, No. 7 Kansas and Oklahoma’s dog are about to tip-off on ESPN in a Big 12 clash with a lot of implications.
