The college football season is rapidly approaching and while [autotag]Notre Dame[/autotag] quarterback [autotag]Sam Hartman[/autotag] still has some time, he joined ESPN’s SportsCenter to talk about a variety of topics.
One of those was his decision to transfer to Notre Dame, and goals for this coming season which include making the College Football Playoff. Hartman is currently in New York with head coach [autotag]Marcus Freeman[/autotag], who is preparing to throw out the first pitch at the New York Mets game.
Hartman said that getting better prepared for the NFL was one of the biggest reasons why a transfer to Notre Dame happened. Watch the whole interview for yourself below.

“Hearing your name side by side with one of the most historic programs in the country is very cool but also humbling. You know the expectations of being a Notre Dame Football player and a Notre Dame quarterback.” #GoIrish☘️ pic.twitter.com/lilh4K5zko
