Michigan State football is heading to a territory that new head coach Jonathan Smith is very familiar with this week.
The Spartans will head out west to face top 10 Oregon on Friday night, serving as a sort of return trip for Smith. Smith came to Michigan State after serving as the Ducks’ rival Oregon State head coach.
Michigan State comes into this matchup looking to bounce back from back-to-back losses the past two weeks. This past week’s loss was a double-digit defeat at the hands of Ohio State.
Kickoff between the Spartans and Ducks is scheduled for 9 p.m. ET on Friday. The game will be televised on FOX.
