The cancellation of the Big Ten Tournament and the NCAA Tournament has left Michigan State fans with an empty feeling. Especially with MSU getting so hot late in the year after struggles all throughout the season. Michigan State basketball sat down with coach Tom Izzo as he reflected on this emotional season.

There are so many interesting tidbits in this video. For instance, Tom Izzo said this was one of the best senior days at Michigan State. He even talks about breaking the Tournament cancellations with his players. Most importantly, Izzo notes healthy is more important than anything else right now, even college basketball.
Tom is right. We should appreciate this season, even if it does not involve a deep tournament run. Fans should be incredibly proud of the Spartan’s resilience this season.
