Matthew Stafford bounced back with a much better performance in Week 2 after a rough outing in the opener against the Buffalo Bills. He helped lead the Rams to a 31-27 win over the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, throwing three touchdown passes and racking up 272 yards through the air.
Stafford did throw two picks, giving him five on the year, but after the game, he explained what happened on each of them and admitted he was “greedy” on the first one.
For Week 2, the Rams mic’d up Stafford, giving fans a glimpse at what goes on during a game on the sidelines and on the field. He’s a very vocal leader on the sidelines, always talking up his teammates and getting them ready for the next drive.
