It was a wet and rainy afternoon at MetLife Stadium on Sunday, as the New England Patriots and New York Jets struggled to find any form of offense. Then Patriots quarterback Mac Jones found tight end Pharaoh Brown for the first touchdown of the game.
Jones had been under duress all afternoon. However, he was able to find Brown for the score. This was Brown’s first touchdown reception in three years, and it was a 58-yard reception to put New England up by a 10-0 margin.
The pass itself was a good one, as Jones was able to lob it just out of the reach of a defender.

In what has been a difficult, rainy day for both offenses, this touchdown could loom large as the game progresses.
