WATCH: LSU QB commit Colin Hurley impresses in high school season opener

Colin Hurley plans to early enroll at LSU following the high school season.

2024 LSU quarterback commit [autotag]Colin Hurley[/autotag] began his senior season on Friday night as the Jacksonville, Florida, prospect led his Trinity Christian Academy team to a blowout 48-6 win over Terry Parker.

According to On3, Hurley finished the game completing 10 of his 12 passes for 199 yards and three touchdowns, which came in just one half of play.

A four-star prospect who reclassified to the 2024 class from 2025, Hurley will enroll early with the Tigers in January following his final high school season.

Hurley committed to LSU last November, and he ranks as the No. 320 player nationally (and No. 19 quarterback). He was also a finalist for the Elite 11.

With a good season, Hurley — who will be just 16 when he arrives on campus — could be primed to move up the recruiting rankings considerably.
