Lonzo Ball and Zion Williamson continue to make jaw-dropping plays and added another incredible one to the list on Sunday afternoon. In an afternoon matinee against the Houston Rockets, Ball and Williamson connected for a full-court alley-oop.
Ball picked up a defensive rebound, turned upcourt and saw Williamson streaking downcourt. Ball lofted an outrageous 60-foot lob pass that was matched in absurdity by Williamson corralling the pass and finishing the dunk for the opening points of the game for the Pelicans.

It was a fast start for Ball, who eight points in the first quarter with four rebounds, and Williamson and left fans on Twitter in awe.
Now THIS is what we all wanted to see all year. So much fun. https://t.co/RtX9VSe1Ls

Ball recently spoke both about the team gelling around Williamson since his debut after a trio of blowout wins in the last week. He also spoke about how the Pelicans’ defense has seen a resurgence with Williamson’s introduction into the starting lineup.
While it’s frustrating for Pelican fans that it took until late January for a healthy squad to finally see the court, it’s as exciting a future for any franchise in the league led by Williamson, Ball and Brandon Ingram.
