While the world has been quarantining and social distancing itself, Lonzo Ball has remained an active fixture at the Pelicans practice facility. On Saturday, Ball posted a photo after a workout at the facility. On Monday, Ball posted a video on his Instagram story of him and Brandon Ingram during a workout at the facility.
All social-distancing jokes aside, Ball and Ingram remain two of the hardest workers not only on the Pelicans but the league as a whole. Ingram’s hard work was detailed multiple times after he was named an All-Star in February.
Ball’s work ethic, meanwhile, has shown through this season with his vast improvement in his jumper and three-point shot. Coaches and teammates alike have raved about Ball’s work in the gym to improve his shot.
So it should come as no surprise that the two people that have appeared at the gym most during the league’s suspension have been the young duo.
