WATCH: Lakers’ Austin Reaves makes game-winning 3-pointer in overtime vs. Mavericks

Watch Los Angeles Lakers undrafted rookie Austin Reaves win the game against the Dallas Mavericks in overtime.

The Los Angeles Lakers made it three wins in a row thanks to Austin Reaves’ game-winner against the Dallas Mavericks.

Dallas played its third consecutive game without franchise cornerstone Luka Doncic, but Jalen Brunson helped lead the way and diced the Lakers’ defense in the pick-and-roll game.

The back-and-forth affair resulted in a wild sequence late in regulation when Wayne Ellington forced overtime with a corner triple with two seconds remaining.

It got even crazier in overtime when both teams exchanged 3-pointers. Tim Hardaway Jr. made one to make it 101-101. Russell Westbrook responded with a left-corner triple. Maxi Kleber banked one in right down the middle. Then Reaves called game with 0.9 seconds remaining (h/t: @NBA):

Reaves finished with a career-high 15 points on 5-of-6 shooting from beyond the arc. He added seven rebounds, two assists and one steal, but his overall defensive effort was tremendous all night. This will be a memory for the undrafted rookie to cherish forever.
