Boy this drill goes crazy! @kwon working some impressive reactive agility only 5 months post Achilles Repair!
As a linebacker he must be able to quickly move in all of the directions & change direction instantly.

Here’s more good news: former New Orleans Saints linebacker Kwon Alexander continues to progress from Achilles surgery earlier this year, as seen in the latest video from his training sessions in Miami with Dr. Sharif Tabbah. Tabbah is best known for the rigorous viral workouts he’s designed for Alvin Kamara, but his background in sports medicine and kinesiology has made his facility a destination for players recovering from injuries.
Alexander has spent much of his offseason working with Tabbah, who has shared frequent insight to his journey back to full health. The Saints acquired the Pro Bowl linebacker in a midseason trade last year, and he immediately provided a boost next to Demario Davis until he went down with an injury. Now he’s looking a lot like his old self.
It’s possible the Saints could bring Alexander back into the fold, even after releasing him as a salary cap cut. While second-year pro Zack Baun and rookie draft pick Pete Werner are competing to start with Davis in New Orleans’ two-linebacker defense, Alexander would be a welcome injection of experienced, veteran talent at the top of the depth chart.
But that hinges on his continued recovery and New Orleans’ cap navigation. They still haven’t signed Werner and their other draft picks, and may need to free up more resources through an extension with a higher-priced veteran (Ryan Ramczyk, that’s your cue) to do that, much less add someone like Alexander. For now, it’s just good to see Alexander in great shape and moving well.
