Former Celtics center Kendrick Perkins thinks Boston ought to find a way to move starting point guard Kemba Walker to another team, even if it means burning several picks of valuable draft capital to get the deal done. That’s a bold, potentially franchise-altering move if ever there was one — but would the altering be for good — or would the Celtics end up being the worse for having made it?
