Trevon Diggs took the life out of Gillette Stadium with a pick-six that gave the Dallas Cowboys the 26-21 lead late in the fourth quarter against the New England Patriots.
Mac Jones, who had an efficient game, found Kendrick Bourne on the following play for the Patriots’ most explosive gain of the year. Jones launched a pass to Bourne that resulted in a 75-yard touchdown — giving the Patriots the lead.
The Patriots were up by one point following the score and went for the two-point conversion to take a three-point lead. Jones connected with Jakobi Meyers to gave the Patriots separation.
