WATCH: Kadarius Toney ties the game with a TD catch

UF’s Kyle Trask throws a touchdown bomb to Kadarius Toney to ties the game vs Alabama Crimson Tide in the SEC title game.

The Southeastern Conference Championship Game has gotten off to a hot start in Atlanta, with the Alabama Crimson Tide marching downfield 70 yards off the opening kick off to take a 7-0 lead. The Florida Gators, however, had an answer to the Tide.

After taking the kickoff back for 24 yards on ‘Bama’s return kick off, the Gators managed to get to their own 49-yard line before appearing to stall out facing a third-and-seven. Then Kyle Trask showed why he is one of the front-runners for the Heisman Trophy while Kadarius Toney also showed why many call him the human joystick.

The catch was a 51-yard bomb with Toney lined up in the slot, giving Trask his 41st touchdown of the season — far ahead of any of his other peers. Toney torched his freshman defender and knotted the game up at seven after a successful PAT by Evan McPherson.

Here’s a look at the epic toss.
