It only took 17 games, but wide receiver Julio Jones recorded his first touchdown with the Tennessee Titans in the Week 18 game against the Houston Texans.
Jones’ first season in Nashville has been a disappointment thus far thanks to injuries and an overall lack of production, but his first score of the 2021 season was a clutch one.
With the Texans working their way back into the game and trailing just 21-18, Ryan Tannehill found Jones in the back of the end zone from three yards out to increase Tennessee’s lead to 28-18.
Check out Julio’s first ever touchdown in the two-tone blue.

Of course, Jones should’ve had one earlier in the season but it was overturned in what was a questionable call at the time.
One of the bigger developments in this game has been Tannehill and Jones looking like they are on the same page more than they have been all season.
Granted, Tannehill missed Jones on multiple occasions, including on a few deeps balls, but Jones’ 58 yards are his third-highest total of the season, and the most he’s had in a game since Week 6.
Better late than never.
