WATCH: JuJu Smith-Schuster scores first touchdown with Chiefs

#Chiefs WR JuJu Smith-Schuster notched his first touchdown as a member of the team in Week 6 against the #Bills — and it was a beauty.

Kansas City Chiefs WR JuJu Smith-Schuster waited patiently for his first touchdown reception as a member of the team.

Through the first five weeks of the 2022 NFL season, Smith-Schuster was held without a touchdown catch, despite making key contributions in each game. In Week 6 against the Buffalo Bills, his first touchdown grab finally came and in a key moment of the game. On third-and-10 and down by three points, the team needed a reception to just extend the drive, but Smith-Schuster delivered more.

Mahomes bought some time with an assist from the offensive line and delivered a strike to Smith-Schuster. The veteran wideout caught the ball with three defenders around him and was able to spin out of a tackle and outrun the defenders for a long touchdown.

Buffalo hadn’t allowed a touchdown of over 20 yards this season, Smith-Schuster took this one 42 yards to the house. He also had a pretty neat touchdown celebration afterward.

Hopefully, there will be more touchdowns to come for Smith-Schuster in the near future.
