WATCH: Jaylin Williams pull in one-handed interception

The Minnesota Vikings had an acrobactic one-handed interception by cornerback Jaylin Williams

Minnesota Vikings cornerback Jaylin Williams made a big impact in the third quarter. He intercepted Drew Lock on an acrobatic one-handed interception.

Defensive linemen T.J. Smith and Esezi Otomewo got early pressure on Seattle Seahawks quarterback Drew Lock. Smith tips the football while Williams reads Lock’s eyes and flies to the spot. Williams peels off of the flat route and finds himself in the passing lane and the perfect position to intercept the football to give the offense the ball back.

The interception gave the offense the ball back in Seahawks territory. This play ultimately led to a 54-yard Greg Joseph field goal to put the Vikings back up 13-10 in the late stages of the third quarter.

Williams is currently fighting for a spot on the 53-man roster. Making the most of opportunities like this is how he can make his case for a roster spot. Tune in to the Vikings Wire for more live game updates.
