The New York Knicks have long been the punching bag of the Boston Celtics, so it probably shouldn’t surprise that Boston shooting guard Jaylen Brown has had solid success against their Atlantic Division rivals.
In fact, the Celtics have won at least three contests a season for the entirety of the Cal-Berkeley product’s tenure with Boston with the Georgian rarely mailing in a performance against the team that calls Madison Square Garden home.
To be fair, New York has hardly been a picture of a competently-run organization since well before Brown was even on the Celtics’ radar, but even in their reduced state the Knicks can steal a game from you if you don’t show up to play.
With four seasons and 17 regular season contests to draw in, there’s been plenty of noteworthy plays completed by the Marietta native.
