Whatever offensive funk Boston Celtics All-Star forward Jaylen Brown has been having, he shook it off in Sunday afternoon’s 112-96 win over the Orlando Magic. He erupted from 3-point range for one of his best games of the 2020-21 NBA season to date.
The Georgia native went off for 34 points on 12-of-24 shooting (including 10-of-18 from beyond the arc) along with 4 rebounds, 3 assists and a steal to help secure the win for the Celtics. Better ball movement and defense were also significant factors in the victory, but without Brown this game might have gone very differently for Boston.
