Jalen Hurts entered the Eagles season opener at Atlanta looking to make a statement and the second-year quarterback did just that on the first drive.
Hurts hooked up with DeVonta Smith on an unbelievable 18-yard connection for the rookie wide receiver’s first NFL touchdown.
Hurts finished that first drive 4-4 for 41-yards, connecting with Quez Watkins three times as well.
