Jalen Hurts is running for his life out there against my beloved Los Angeles Chargers. Unfortunately for me and my team, however, he’s also running for first downs to give the Philadelphia Eagles extra sets of downs.
After picking up two key third-down conversions with his legs, the former Crimson Tide QB was able to find Alabama’s only Heisman-winning wide receiver, DeVonta Smith, in the open field.
Both Hurts and Smith are beloved alumni of the Crimson Tide, and they’re showing that they can play together at a very efficient level. Good things are sure to come from this dynamic duo as they both find their footing in the professional ranks of the NFL.
Jalen Hurts to Devonta Smith! 🔥
Chargers-Eagles is tied, 24-24.
