June 5, 2020; Jacksonville, FL, USA; With former Jacksonville Jaguars player who is now a JSO officer Ernest Wilford looking on Jaguars WR Chris Conley addresses the crowd of teammates, staff and families on the steps of the Jacksonville Sheriffs Office headquarters building during Friday morning’s team rally. The Jacksonville Jaguars players, staff and families added their voices to the protests following the recent deaths of African-Americans in the hands of law enforcement around the country Friday morning June 5, 2020 with a march from TIAA Bank Field to the Police Memorial Building in downtown Jacksonville, Florida. Jaguars players, staff and former Jaguars player who is now a Jacksonville Sheriffs Office officer Ernest Wilford addressed their teammates and coworkers on the East Bay Street steps of the JSO headquarters building before making the walk back to the stadium for an address by head coach Doug Marrone.
