The Boston Celtics have been very busy since new President of Basketball Operations Brad Stevens took the helm of the organization from outgoing team president Danny Ainge, and Stevens has by most accounts done very well in his limited run as the team’s head honcho.
However, it is also fair to say that he has done it to date in a relatively low-pressure, low-expectation environment, at least as far as Celtics offseasons go. How will Boston’s new team president do when the pressure ramps up ahead of the 2021 NBA trade deadline? The state of the Celtics front office leadership, and how Stevens gave us a glimpse into what he values for Boston’s future with the moves he’s made so far are the topic of the most recent “Locked on Celtics” podcast.
Watch the video embedded below to hear host John Karalis and Chad Finn of the Boston Globe get into all of these issues and more.
