Watch highlights of Rams 2nd-round pick Cam Akers

The Florida State running back was electric in college.

The Los Angeles Rams’ backfield will have an all-new look in 2020. After moving on from Todd Gurley by cutting the two-time All-Pro, the Rams will lean on Darrell Henderson, Malcolm Brown and now, rookie Cam Akers.

The Rams used the 52nd overall pick on Akers, adding yet another playmaker to an already explosive offense. He may not have been in the conversation with players such as D’Andre Swift and Clyde Edwards-Helaire, but Akers was a dynamic athlete at Florida State.

Check out this highlight reel from the 2019 season, where he rushed for 1,144 yards and 14 touchdowns.
