The Indianapolis Colts have a new face of the franchise in quarterback Anthony Richardson, who was selected with the No. 4 overall pick in the 2023 NFL draft.
Richardson, who isn’t even 21 years old yet, will be a massive development for the Colts. However, the hiring of Shane Steichen as head coach this offseason gives them the best chance to get the most out of his potential.
