The Philadelphia 76ers convened in Wilmington, Delaware for their Blue X White scrimmage after taking a year off due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the results were encouraging for Philadelphia.
The Sixers launched a bunch of triples, which is something coach Doc Rivers and the team have stressed, and they had some fun with the fans and within themselves as a group. They were able to get up and down the floor, learn each other’s games a bit more, and there were plenty of highlights.
Seth Curry and Joel Embiid, especially, delivered the most highlights as a duo. Curry threw the ball off the backboard and Embiid threw it down with authority. The big fella also knocked down a triple as he showed off his range a bit.

In the grand scheme of things, the final score of this scrimmage does not mean anything, but they were able to get out and have some fun. That is what matters at the end of the day, this was an event to grow team chemistry and it appears that it has achieved that goal.
