It didn’t take Nazareth Academy too long to decide that their former star, [autotag]Julian Love[/autotag], needed to have his number retired.
The former [autotag]Notre Dame[/autotag] safety and current Seattle Seahawk went back to La Grange Park, Illinois over the weekend to be present at the ceremony. The school is not short of having plenty of elite talent go through their doors, the currently have multiple of their former players at Power Five programs.
Love obviously has gone on to accomplish a good amount after his career at Nazareth. A consensus All-American in 2018 and a fourth round draft pick of the New York Giants was quite a start. It’s a career many would be jealous of and that was enough for the defending state champions to retire his number.
Take a look below as Notre Dame Football’s twitter shared a behind the scene look at Love being inducted into Nazareth’s Hall of Fame.
