Drew Brees has thrown many passes in his NFL career. Some have been typical. Some beautiful. Some wobbly. And now, the hook pass.
Brees was under pressure by the Chicago Bears’ defense in the third quarter of Sunday’s NFC Wild-Card game.
He improvised with the hook pass that gently landed in the hands of running back Latavius Murray, who did the rest, sparking another eruption of slime.

The play covered six yards and the slime covered the end zone on the Nickelodeon broadcast.
This is the one game where everyone wants to see a high-scoring affair so because nothing rules like slime in the NFL playoffs.
