It has been an amazing half of football for defensive end Myles Garrett against the Indianapolis Colts. He now has two strip-sack fumbles as well as a blocked field goal attempt. His second strip-sack fumble of the game came in the end zone and was recovered by the Browns for a touchdown.
Overall the defense hasn’t been as good this week as they normally are, but it’s not because of Garrett. Right now he owns the Colts offensive line and they just cannot stop him. Could this be a turning point for the defense knowing that Garrett is being superhuman and his teammates build off it?
The offense is looking for answers in the passing game with Deshaun Watson out of the lineup again. This team has shown they can win with defense and just enough offense, and so far that is how this one has played out in the first half.
