WATCH: Derrick Brown chases Saints WR Michael Thomas into tunnel after game

Video has emerged of Panthers DT Derrick Brown having to be restrained from Saints WR Michael Thomas after last night’s game.

You do not want to be on the other side of Carolina Panthers defensive lineman Derrick Brown when he’s angry . . . because you won’t like him when he’s angry. Oh, and he’s also ridiculously large and incredibly powerful.

Nonetheless, New Orleans Saints wideout Michael Thomas found himself in that very situation last night, following the prime-time clash between the NFC South rivals. The incident was first noted by Kyle Bailey of WFNZ, who tweeted this after the Saints’ 20-17 victory:

That must’ve been quite a sight, huh? A 6-foot-5, 320-pounder chasing down a receiver whilst being somewhat restrained by a team staff member?

Boy, we wish we could’ve seen that, right?

Well, luckily we can!

Here’s the video of the confrontation that’s now making the rounds this afternoon:

The two-time All Pro pass catcher has since tweeted about the incident:

Perhaps luckily for Thomas, Brown wasn’t able to reach him. And if he did, the X-Ray room he scurried off into may have come in handy.
