WATCH: Dennis Schroder or Marcus Smart – who should start for the Boston Celtics?

Which guard makes more sense to get the nod, and how will their dynamic function together?

With their recent team-friendly signing of former Los Angeles Lakers point guard Dennis Schroder, the Boston Celtics find themselves heavier in the backcourt than they had perhaps anticipated, bringing up an unexpectedly pleasant choice to sort out, at least at present.

The folks over at the CLNS Media podcast “The Garden Report” asked themselves this question in their latest podcast, debating how best to use each in the Celtics’ coming campaign.

Watch the video embedded above to hear their takes on Boston backcourt next season, particularly after recent reporting of a plan to put the ball in the hands of Smart more often.
