Michigan State hockey went to Wrigley Field in Chicago to play an outdoor game against the Wisconsin Badgers. The Spartans and Badgers played to an overtime thriller, where the Spartans were, able to secure the massive victory, 4-3.
The overtime winner was secured by MSU junior Daniel Russell with just two seconds left in the overtime period, giving the Spartans the win and avoiding a shootout.
