After scoring in 12 consecutive contests, it didn’t take Christian McCaffrey long to punch in a touchdown in his 13th straight game. After the 49ers forced a 3-and-out on the opening drive of the game, Brock Purdy, Kyle Shanahan and the 49ers offense picked up right where they left off.
Purdy was a perfect 3-for-3 as he helped march the 49ers offense down the field to set a goal-to-go situation. On second and goal, McCaffrey did what he does best and punched in a touchdown from one yard out to give the 49ers a 7-0 lead over the Cardinals.
