On the opening night of the NBA season, Chris Paul made his highly anticipated debut as a member of the Golden State Warriors. Putting the game under more of a spotlight, the veteran point guard debuted with the Warriors against his former team, the Phoenix Suns.
While it took a bit longer than expected, Paul notched his first point as a member of the Warriors in the third quarter. While leading the Warriors’ comeback effort in the third quarter, Paul hit a midrange jumper from the baseline for his first bucket in blue and gold.
