Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers celebrated his 38th birthday by guiding his team to a 45-10 victory over the Jaguars on Sunday.
Rivers was lights out, completing 16 of 22 passes for 314 passing yards and three touchdowns. He also surpassed 3,500 passing yards for a 12th straight season, which is the third-longest streak in league history.
After the game, Rivers was serenaded with “Happy Birthday” by Chargers fans that were in attendance at TIAA Bank Field.

Rivers will look to carry that momentum against a red hot Minnesota Vikings team next Sunday.
