The Boston Celtics finished the first half of their Saturday night tilt with the Golden State Warriors at TD Garden with a 10 – 0 run. It was nearly enough to dig the team most of the way out of an early 16-point first-half deficit, and would complete a sequence of unreal circus shots that were sparked by an amazing make from Golden State superstar point guard Steph Curry.
It began in earnest with just under two minutes of game time remaining in the game’s second quarter and the Celtics trailing the Warriors 60 – 48, with Golden State bringing the ball up the court via Curry.
Celtics forward Grant Williams pushed the star point guard towards the sidelines, with Curry putting up an awkward shot that somehow went in while drawing the foul from Williams’ defense.
